Chris Garcia and I made this short as part of a show we're working on for Rooftop, but like a lot of the funniest stuff, it ended up on the cutting room floor. I thought Chris was way too funny as Dr. 420 for this not be shared. So here it is in all it's foggy splendor. Irie bra!
